Nominal services are the services of providing founders of the company on the basis of agreement concluded between the company owner and our coworker. Our experienced specialists execute acts for carrying on company exceptionally based on written directions of the company owner. It could be executed without order only acts provided by law as obligatory toward the founder as a person responsible for the company activity.
